My favorite place to experiment and let my hair down is in my painted backgrounds. Classic three-tone to abstract, this is where I encourage you to throw out all the rules and dive right in: playing with brush techniques and mark-making tools, color combinations, paint additives, layering and subtracting -- the sky is the limit! It's a messy, fun course that helps you explore the possibilities of this versatile medium and perhaps even adopt a new discovery to add to your own individual artistic repertoire.
